After backtesting months and months and live trading this strategy: I learned this:
1. Use DXY for direction confirmation.
2. If unclear, choppy, or ranging direction, be open to look for both long and short opportunities.
3. Sometimes the 4H open and close are so far apart from each other, use lower tfs like 1H to draw your TP and SL range boxes.
4. Look for H&S and iH&S pattern. ICT calls this MSS I think?

Sorry guys I don't offer mentorships as I'm still not consistent enough. And I will feel bad if someone took my advice and lost. But here is the Idea, Backtest it extensively then decide if it works for you or not.
The 4H candles to use are between pre London till the end of the London session.these have highest liquidity per day.
Once the 4H candles closes you have to determine your bias biased on the clouser and the structure of the timeframe. This will give you the direction for the next 4 hours. Just go down to 5 min look for entry once it aligns with your bias. It can be OB,FVG,iFVG, Breaker, support and resistance, whatever suits you. Once entered just keep watching the 4 hour candle unfold into your chosen direction.
I usually take 1:1 and 1:2 if the setup allows it.
Don't keep tight SL.give yourself the room to manage the trade.
