🌟唔好以為「金月」個名咁文雅,就覺得系咩茶樓、茶室,
今次我哋探尋嘅👣仍然系一間小店,
🤔而且系「深藏不露」,系小巷之中的小店。
不過正所謂「酒香不怕巷子深」🫵
行多幾步石板路啫,阻止唔到我挖掘美食嘅決心!🍔🥪🍨
去到先知😮原來「金月」系老闆娘個名,
🫨唔怪得咁優雅啦~
老闆娘話豬扒包系🍔佢哋個招牌之一,
咁啱豬扒包又系我嘅最愛😍梗系要試下啦!
再➕個啤酒味炸雪糕➕新鮮果肉菠蘿冰,

In Guangzhou Litchi Bay, Yongji horsehoof cake has been passed down for decades,
👫🏻 It's run by a married couple
👱🏻 Although the two owners are over 50 years old, the female owner still braizes horsehoof cakes herselfs 🧑🏻🍳
She also personally prints the red seal papers
I've heard that the raw material they choose to make horsehoof cake is pretty special ❗
They collect it 1️⃣ times a year, then grind it into powder and store it well for one year, just braize it into cake when they need to.
