This was quite probably the single most helpful video I've seen on this subject so far! I've watched; and am watching all the videos I can find on the JET program and especially the interview and related matters. Up until now I've never dreamt of making a list of questions and responses.

Great point on throwing in a wild card question during your prep for the JET interview!
Yeah it's great for practicing with unexpected situations, even if the random practice questions/wild cards themselves don't come up in the real thing!

Just wanted to say your videos helped me so much to prep for my UK interview. Found out I'd been shortlisted yesterday. Now to try and get all the other stuff sorted while everything is closed! 😂

Honestly the grammar test is NOTHING to fear haha. I was stressed about it too but was just laughing afterwards.

Preparing for my interview in less than a week. Trying not to stress myself out too much but its a good idea to have a list so long, hopefully nothing will catch me out.

@@sorryimshy5412 Just saw this! Dress formally! Doesn't matter if it's an online interview or in person. Get a suit on or equally formal attire! Glad my videos were of help :) Let me know how the interview goes.

@@jakubtansey716 Sure will do and thank you for your help. I'm going to hire a suit and tie, but I was wondering about a waistcoat. Should I get a waistcoat or is that a little out of place? I feel more comfortable in a waistcoat and jacket than just a jacket.
@@xavierdoe2452 I don't think they'll have an opinion on a waistcoat either way so just wear whatever makes you feel most confident!

@@jakubtansey716 I’m currently doing a list of questions and answers. The interview is only 15 minutes tho... so not sure how much they can ask in that amount of time.
Yeah and to you it'll feel like it's only been 5 minutes haha!

I have no idea what happens between the interview and releasing the results. I don't think anyone knows 👀 And with covid as well it's really unpredictable lol... Glad it seemed to go well though!!
You need to stop with the silly background music. We want to listen to you, not your music - we can youtube background music if we so wish... humph....
Thank you for the comment. I make videos how I like to watch them. It's just part of my editing style so background music won't be going anywhere, but I'll try to be more conscious of its volume when editing.
@@jakubtansey716 Except, you don't watch them, your viewers watch the videos. So perhaps it might be worthwhile to tailor your videos on how your viewers like to watch them and not how you like to watch them.
@@2012daffyduck Sounds like you should make your own videos and you know buddy, everyone is different and you can at least be polite to Jakub for making the video. I think the back ground music keeps it dynamic and engaging. It was such great content and helped me out tremendously . Thank you Jakub!
