Thrift stores just get really excited whenever they get anything remotely video game related, so they price it stupidly, illogically high without taking into account condition AT ALL.

The Taylor Swift CD you found was the reissued 15 song CD. The rarer one is the original 11 song CD. The 15 song CD goes for around $10-$15 plus shipping.
The reason the original sells for so much more is that there was a small lyric change after the first release, so most of the self-titled CDs that were printed have a different version of that song. Collectors want the first release.
What song was the small lyric change made on?

@@ColetteO_ "The original album version of 'Picture to Burn' contained the lyric, 'That's fine; I'll tell mine you're gay' , which was modified to 'That's fine; You won't mind if I say' on the radio edit and subsequent versions."
The CD switched to the radio edit in the 2008 release, so the 2006 release is the one that is more collectable. I sold the 2008 copy once and was confused by the different prices, so that's when I learned the difference.

Adam’s football helmets aren’t that great. Riddell, Schutt, is where it’s at. Vintage Rawlings do pretty well too.

I’ve sold foot petals like the ones u passed in the beginning before bought at an estate for about $10-15 on 75% off day. I’ve found that although it may look like they have lower sellthrough, competition all price very high and if u just go 5-10 under you can sell very fast.

What is the average profit of your items all together within your store?
I think it would be beneficial if you mentioned sell through rates on some of these items as well. I find things to make money on all the time, but sometimes the sell through just isn't there. Let us know what sell through is on some of this stuff!
