I just found out that there’s a VHS tape with several animations (including this Jingle Bells one) called “The Nostalgia Merchant: Merry Christmas To You!” ; I believe this is the one you may be asking about. Out of winter time songs, this song which is Jingle bells is way much and a lot better than the Barney song Skating Skating. I love this song and hate the Barney song Skating Skating.
