O m g! I was so worried about the tips of my Aloe vera yellowing, and, I shifted it to a less sunny place this morning only! Lo and behold! The moment I logged in to CZcams, I got the notification of this video... Seemed to me someone out there read my thoughts in the morning and prompted you to post this video today only! Now I know the problem is underwatering the plant! Thanks a ton. 🙏🏾

Overwatering also causes the leaves to turn yellow/brown
If the plant is dry for more than 24 hours the leaves will shrival and pucker slightly.
Aloe plant requires to be watered regularly.

3 years back an aloe vera plant was hung in air randomly. Still it's there. It grows new leaves we don't water it, nothing. Just air and it's in shade. In 4th year now. Well n good.

I have this one small aloe thats been with me for 2 years now & it simply refuses to grow! It starts dying if i put it out in the sun. I've always had to keep it indoors. Plant is all healthy, no root rot no scars no shrivelling leaves no yellowing leaves... Soil is absolutely well drained ..yet i cant seem to get it grow properly...it has exactly 4 leaves...in every 6 months 1 new leaf comes out & one leaf dies! Its d wierdest 'special case' in my garden! Any idea how can i get it growing??

Here's a fun story: When we shifted to our new home we brought our aloe plant from the old house and put all of them on the rooftop ...and TBH everyone was so busy that we forgot about it....after like a year of something we went to get some stuffs from the roof and was in A HUGE SHOCK to find that our plant was still alive and healthy and has grown us to be a giant bush........We were amazed!
Ya i agree with you i have also seen some aloevera, peepal , vinca plant growing in walls without soil and just little bit mositure really these plants are so hard may be there hardiness given to ornamental and vegetables plants 😅😅

Hello Ekta,
I have an aloe that's dying out. I took it out of the planter, but there's no root rot. There were a lot of pups with the main plant. They also kind of browned and became translucent.. The weather here is quite cold, it reaches double digit rarely except in summer. So I water it sparingly. Do you think its happening because of underwatering?

Watering after 2 days will make it green again ..it is just dehydrated ..and it needs enough morning sunlight ..and don't pluck or cut leaves when plant is growing means when it is small..give it time to grow fully first ..don't cut leaves give it time to recover as your alovera plant is brow , give it time to heal first if you cut leaves now it will create injury to the plant ..more you cut leave more time plant will take to recover and grow ..last but not least make sure plant has enough soil at bottom to for roots to grow ...👍
@@snehalpatil2111 I have been watering them twice weekly. Sunlight isn't a problem either. I think I need to repot them.
U need watering them after every two days ..it mean more than twise a week ..plant that alovera in bigger pot than older one ..and change soil also ..and make ensure enough soil to grow roots well
@@snehalpatil2111 I shifted a couple of my aloe vera in a bigger pot and Planted most others in ground. I didn't know Aloe Vera needs so much watering. Thanks!

I have an aloe Vera invasion, the pups just don’t stop. I’ve repotted and repotted till it tired me out. There’s 100s. And breaking out of pots. Can I plant them outside … landscaped or as a hedge? Anyone, please?? Thanks
