Looks great! I would put less pepper and onion it and brush the baguette with garlic butter before adding ingredients.

What happened to the bread centre? I would have toasted it and created bread crumbs to sprinkle over the top before baking, otherwise it was a waste of good bread.

Nice, but sadly the egg seems to have been completely absorbed by the baguette.
Maybe make the egg-mixture in a pan, like scrambled eggs, then fill into the baguette and then gratinate it with cheese.
Should take less time in the oven and the baguette should be a bit less hard and dry at the end.
Yes I had this issue too unfortunately - also made the mistake of using too many tomatoes - whole thing was soggy mess.
I'd put Bacon, instead of Ham. And no pan's to wash, from WALES UK.
I would prefer a small bit of bacon over ham. But a great idea!

Looks awesome i love traditional bauette similar to this, but instead of mozzarela i use normal chese + tomato, ham, cucumber, lettuce aioli sauce or simple garlic sauce, anyway i need to try this in future.
