Thank you for this programme. I absolute love architecture and very passionate about interior design. I love the space in these homes. I actually feel that I can breathe in this kind of space. Since my youth I have loved large spaces in the home. I really enjoy this video & have shared with my family & a friend who build houses in Africa. I was an avid collector of house magazines like Architectual Digest, Veranda publications from the US & Africa , The Englisth Homes & many others. am so thrilled to have access to this video. This isn't in Nigeria but South Africa. My family has build lux homes in 4 countries in Africa.. If you want something like this in Nigeria you will have to have a lot of money to buy and live on Banana Island. That's the upscale lux area surrounded by water.
@@michellegomez5429 I know that but I'm saying my goal is to own a luxurious home like the ones featured in the video but in Nigeria lol. I'm half Nigerian (dad is Nigerian) and have been there twice now. It's beautiful in Lagos and Ilorin(my dad's home) and I can't see myself anywhere else. So it's my goal to be there and here in the US. I'm well aware of the prices, politics, etc there. My dad owns several properties in Lagos as well and rents them out on Air BnB. He's making big bags 💰. Also Gomez?? Are you black/African?
I love seeing these beautiful locations and structures in Africa but 3 hours may cause hesitation on views. You may want to consider segmenting into a trilogy. The CZcams algorithm may punish you. The length can be a deterrent. Regardless, appreciate your efforts and hard work!

@Fatted 300 ... I believe the primary purpose of these ultra longform videos is for background viewing and to add ambience where they are played ie shops, bars, offices, parties, etc. Hence lots of them available on different subjects. I play them on mute on my home office TV glancing at them occasionally for that extra motivation. The long length is perfect for those of us who do this. CZcams also pays the uploader more for longform videos and evens favours them in the algorithm. But, i get your point how it can be a turn off for people just scrolling around for general consumable content. 👊🏾👊🏾

Don’t agree there is another property channel that showcases hours of glamorous home tours and it’s a favorite of mine. Because I for one love to watch hours of beautiful homes. Just found this one and will check it out and see how it goes.

I wouldn't mind having me a nice beautiful Mud Home, it doesn't have to be a Mansion, just nice and Elegant. With a nice Den on the back to go in from the back, and then the kitchen and laundry room, of from the kitchen, let my living room be by itself, and all the bedrooms down the hall where the Den be at and a dinning room by itself.

I'm just a bit curious, are these homes being showcased because they are owned by black Africans or merely because they reside on the continent of Africa? There is a big difference on who owns these properties and they were acquired. Where they acquired through hard and smart work or were they acquired through the oppression and exploitation of our brothers and sisters on the continent? Inquiring minds want to know these things. Nice homes nonetheless 😌
Most of those South African homes are owned by the whites who own 70% of the economy. What is not featured is the many similar black owned homes in the rest of Africa. In Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Botswana , etc.
