ALC SHOWDOWN 2023 [Stage Cam Ver. + Intro] | "C"apital Dance Ministry

In the first ever ALC Showdown performance from "C"apital Dance Ministry, the set is titled “Trust” and it follows the story of a Christian in their walk with God. The set is comprised of 6 pieces: “Precious”, “Lies”, “Clarity”, “Dear God”, “Wanted”, “Battle Belongs”
“Precious” represents the early stages of faith where there are often no worries and the character lives a happy life.
“Lies” represents the enemy trying to derail the character from their walk with God and the tragedies that happen to so many people.
“Clarity” and “Dear God” represent the doubt that Christians have towards God stemming from anger and eventually towards sadness and confusion.
“Wanted” represents the character beginning to understand what it means to trust in God. Despite all the tragedies and uncertainties that happen in life, God makes it all happen for a reason and we choose to trust in him, not because we understand what will happen, but because God’s understanding is greater than our scope of life.
“Battle Belongs” represents the new joy found in trusting in God and recognizing that the battle is already won by Jesus. We trust in God’s will and that the work is done on the cross for us by Jesus, who died on the cross for our sins. Through all that he has done, we praise and glorify him.
