    If you use the horizontal print head adjustment as the plate to substrate and the vertical adjustment as your plate to anilox setting, you will find you get better solid ink density and lower dot gain #'s. :)

    Why would you put the blade on a dry anilox??? Lol sales team needs to stay in the office and let a press operator come show how it's done

      He didn't put it against a dry anilox. He specifically says he is mounting it in the doctor blade holder and assembly and then shows setting the blade pressure after ink is flood coating the anilox.

    Guy has no idea what he's really doing. He ruined an anilox roller by putting that blade on with no ink he set a horrible impression and hopefully isn't a teacher at one of them Flexo schools! Horrible!! Makes a real pressman look foolish!
