So, I used to work for a lawyer. Telling the opposing parties to stay away from each other and not speak to each other is common for this type of case. As there was no fear on her face in that moment, I simply took it as her not wanting to cross so close him. As some one who has been SA'd I agree entirely! When I use to be forced around my abuser I watched him like a hawk as to make sure I could keep maximum distance between us at all times. She seems to deliberately try and get close to him as to be able to "flinch away" when he moves at any given moment. She's so over acting the situation entirely!

So, I used to work for a lawyer. Telling the opposing parties to stay away from each other and not speak to each other is common for this type of case. As there was no fear on her face in that moment, I simply took it as her not wanting to cross so close him. Other times she passed him during the case they were not this close and so there was no need to back away.
