For shoes, it's not about saving space, it's about the fact that they're dirty. You don't want your clean clothes to get dirty.
My dad is a doctor, trust me it’s not only about worrying that your clothes will get dirty; it’s also about the impact of the organisms (germs, bacterias, parasites) living there.
Can’t stress this enough, when visiting a hospital, clean your shoes and god forbid you picking food from the floor. There are lots of antibiotic resistant bugs which means if you get affected by it, antibiotics probably wouldn’t function
Had childhood trauma due to my dad for telling me what things could’ve happen if I walked again with my shoes at home

Yesss! I’m a nurse and there’s sooo many germs and dirt you can pick up when traveling through many airports and country’s! So important to remember to sanitize and keep thing separate when traveling from place to place.

I found these vacuum bags for travel where you roll them to get the air out rather than using a vacuum and they are a game changer for us overpacking girlies

I don’t think shoe bags are to save space but to not dirty the rest of the stuff
A roller ! When you backpack it is the easiest and i put a bigger elastic on to build "complete" outfits ! Would have loved to see all these outfits on you ! 😍

Great video! I'd love a skin care routine video. Could you also include makeup products that hold up for you in the heat & humidity for a beach vaca? I learned to pack 1 swimsuit in my purse after having my bag delayed since it can be a little more difficult to quickly replace one you like

I use all three. But depending on the occasion for instance if my my husband and kids go camping when they were little I packed for them so I did whatever fit the most but for instance before I had the baby I packed outfits for the older brother together and then put it in a manila envelope and labeled it day 1 to day 3 and I put shorts, shirts, socks in each and then the shoes on each envelope that went with the outfit that way when I took pictures the boys matched lol

You don’t pack any jewelry?
Things not mentioned that I have to have...something to sleep in, workout/hiking fit, a jacket (cuz everywhere I go I seem to bring that MN air with me) and SOCKS!!! With a specific pair set aside just for that nasty airport floor and for the hotel rooms. I will NOT walk around on hotel room floors in bare feet!
Oh wait she did say pjs! And socks but seriously I recommend everyone have a pair for the airport that is in your carryon outside zip. Even if I am wearing socks, I change into the airport socks as I take my shoes off. Then switch back to the ones that I will put inside my shoes. I trust NO ONE! 2020 was a bad year for me....caught MRSA Pneumonia on the airplane to Jamaica. Have the scars from surgery to never forget!😮💨
