Inside, the home is every bit as practical as it is beautiful. designed for a couple or for a small family , this small house has absolutely everything a couple needs and many extras on top! love it.thats all i require.bed to sleep on.bathroom ,kitchenette,lounge.the spaces are much bigger for one person.i prefer this design..the porch is a bonus.thank you for showing this as im searching for small houses designs for myself.
I look at a lot of small home designs because I became a minimalist; and this house is the perfect size for me to have a relaxing, yet meaningful life with a small environmental footprint. I would have a separate art studio and workshop in the backyard...like in a man cave.

It's my most like house.
Never do for me. I'm too much of a hoarder LOL!!! Still it is adorable and I love looking at the videos of these. One thing I'd do to improve the house is put in a glass surround at the bath/shower so the water doesn't spill all over the floor when showering. It's a safety precaution so people don't slip on the wet floor when they get out.

first, I want to commend you on the video footage and quality. why every house video doesn't do this is beyond me. They show only pieces of rooms and more decorations than the actual house. This video and house is perfect! you can see every room and where it is in relation to the others. If I had the money, I would definitely buy this house to live in. The way you presented it sold it!

It’s perfect! Would love this exact design but a 2 bed. Perhaps second bedroom but also slightly bigger than this for the extra room.

@@nenadpopov3601 Many thanks for the suggestion. I had my eyes on a plan submitted recently that has dominated my thoughts. It was a 'V' connected by an enclosed passageway. The two legs were containers. One had the master bedroom and a small sitting room in the front. (Hmm?) The other had a smaller bedroom, kitchen, and studio/lounge. (HMM????) Between the 'legs' was a type of garden.
I wonder how much this would cost to build. I love this floor plan

Would put a pantry beside fridge, then stackable washer/dryer and bifold doors over front to conceal, half for pantry and half for washer/dryer and no window behind head of bed, maybe sliding glass doors instead of windows at the back of the bedroom leading out to a deck for another exit. If in the future you need another bedroom, another addition from the side living room window could be an area where a door could be and a bedroom added.
I would live in this, add a small cabinet just inside the front door on the side facing the kitchen area to hang up jackets and store shoes. Perfect!!!!
Very nice! Could the wardrobe open from both the bedroom and laundry area? Would make putting clothing away super easy.

Find a one man saw mill man to cut your lumber from start to finish and you can build it for a lot cheaper than you think.

I would like the idea of the washer and dryer being the stackable kind and the wall from the bathroom coming out to be equal with the bedroom and that way the bathroom could have a handicapped shower included

Some of the most beautiful windows I've ever seen in any house, tiny or not. I hope the outside is sturdy construction made with real wood and/or bricks, and not the siding that's on a shed.

Dedicated dedicated laundry space you could close in bathroom, I can't imagine sitting in living room with that noise also drying gives a lot of extra heat.
Great if it came as a prefab home.

The only addition I would want is a connecting 2 car garage.
Excellent, but it would have been total by taking extra space for another bed room.
В спальне одного окна хватает, в гостиной надо диван поставить напротив окна, а телевизор напротиив, тк в маленьком помещении лучще смотреть в окно, ну и в телевизор. Можно даже небольшой камин или печку поставить).

Where's the second door exit.
I my country they would separate laundry from the kitchen. Basically, they would move the door to the bathroom towards the kitchen so the laundry area would be in the large bathroom.
Putting a door/wall between the kitchen and laundry area would chop up the rooms and make them look even smaller. Also, I would think the humidity in the bathroom would be bad for the washer and dryer.
