1 - Lanín National Park
The national park was created to preserve and protect this part of the Andean-Patagonian forests, it has more than 20 lakes, including Lake Lacar, on whose coast is the city of San Martín de los Andes and Lake Huechulafquen, further to the north.
You will be able to see mountains, rivers and the extinct Lanín volcano, the snow-capped conical peak that borders Chile.
2 - The Puerto Canoa dock
It is located on the northern shore of Lake Huechulafquen and within the Quila Quina area where the dock from which the boarded excursions depart, to Lake Lacar among others, is located.
3 - Quila Quina
Within the Lanín National Park, this small beach town, Quila Quina is located just 18 km from San Martín de los Andes, on the southern bank of Lake Lácar, it is part of the surroundings of the city.
It is a very popular place in the warm months and has hiking trails, sandy shores of the lake, the beach with the typical pier, campsites and restaurants.
You can get there by car or, as we did, by ferry departing from the San Martín Pier.
It is a place that can perfectly be explored on a self-guided basis, since it is correctly signposted.
4 - The Beautiful Lake
It is not one of the 7 lakes, but deviating from the route along a 2 km path you enter the coast of Lago Hermoso, for us, the most beautiful on this circuit.
It is located 75 km from Villa La Angostura and 35 km from San Martín.

5 - The Chachin Waterfall
The Chachín Waterfall is one of the most important in the Lanín National Park with an approximate drop of 30 meters and is located 60 kilometers from San Martín de los Andes.
From the parking lot, you must continue along the pedestrian path, the walk is uphill, of medium difficulty and lasts approximately half an hour depending on the pace of the walker.
When you reach the end of the trail you will find the waterfall viewpoint.
6 - Puerto Pucara
Puerto Pucara is a small old dock in San Martín de Los Andes, where decades ago the villagers of that wonderful place embarked to go to the city for supplies and education.
It is 57 km from San Martín de los Andes and 6 km from Chachín Waterfall.
7 - Hua Hum Pier
On the edge of Argentine territory, on the waters of Lake Nonthué, there is an incredible bay with wide beaches ideal for relaxing.
It is located 50 km from San Martín de los Andes and is a mandatory disembarkation point for the boarded excursions that leave the San Martín de los Andes dock daily.
8 - Lolog Lake
Very close to the city, Lake Lolog is located just 12 kilometers from the city of San Martín de los Andes and dazzles with its beaches and a very nice service center, ideal for fully enjoying Patagonian nature.
9 - Paihuen Resort
It is a Vacation Complex located on the banks of Lake Lácar and in the heart of the Lanín National Park, just 5 minutes from San Martín de los Andes, on the route of the 7 Lakes.
It has stone and wood cabins and apartments, with Caleuche (its Restaurant and Club House), and the most outstanding Wine Bar in the region.
10 - Discover San Martín de los Andes
This magical mountain city undoubtedly has it all: a range of options for all tastes and a natural setting that can be enjoyed in the four seasons of the year.
Although not as big as nearby Bariloche, San Martín de los Andes and its lakeside beaches are ideal for a day of walking and relaxing.
It is considered the gateway to the Lanín National Park, created to protect the natural landscapes of the region made up of hills, native forests, rivers, springs, waterfalls and lakes.

Que hermosas tomas! Gracias por compartir toda esta info! Te hago una consulta no muy relacionada al vídeo en sí pero, tuviste algún problema para volar tu drone? Se que supuestamente no está permitido en parques nacionales, pero me gustaría, de manera responsable y segura, ver si puedo captar con el mío algunos de esos paisajes hermosos. Muchas gracias!

Hola este lugar (huechulafquen)lo conozco muy bien ,coincido que es uno de los lugares favoritos. Pero me gustaría que corrijas porque este lugar está en Junin de los Andes

Antes que nada, gracias por tu comentario, pero te aclaro, que el video se trata de las atracciones, lugares y puntos de interés que podés hacer si parás en San Martín, no que el Huechu, pertenece a San Martín... (quizá me malinterpreten el sentido del video, pero fue sin ninguna otra intención que generar que conozcan estos hermosos lugares desde San Martín de los Andes).
La informacion que das en tu video No es correcta..!! Las imágenes son muy lindas una pena que la información no sea la adecuada
La mitad de los lugares nombrados no pertenece a San Martín de los Andes...🤦♂️ hay que informarse antes.
Cómo estás... al igual que le respondimos a otra visitante de nuestro cananal, lo primero que te voy a mostrar es esto: "En SAN MARTÍN DE LOS ANDES, les mostramos 11 lugares para conocer en siete días. ARGENTINA", o sea el título que le pusimos al video... Lo que implica que si el turista viaja a San Martín de los Andes, y tiene cómo llegar a los destinos que les mostramos en el video, hasta les decimos a qué distancia están cada uno a esta hermosa ciudad. En ningún momento decimos que pertenece ningún lugar a San Martín ni a Junín, (eso lo interpretaste vos sólo, nadie lo interpretó de esa manera), es simplemente un video que desde San Martín, sugerimos sitios para visitar. De todas formas, te agracemos tu tiempo por escribirnos.
En tu video mostraste más de Junin que de San Nartín, Quila Quina no está sobre el Huechukafquen ,sino sobre el Lago Lacar,y este kago peryenece a Junín.Lago Hermoso tampoco pertenece a San Martín,Antes de hacer un video hay que asesorarse,y hay varios errores más.

Y lo segundo que realmente nos molestó, es lo que escribiste al final que deberíamos asesorarnos, ya que no sabemos en qué parte del video, escuchaste que hayamos dicho que QUILA QUINA esté sobre el HUECHU... jamás dijimos eso, sino que dijimos claramente que está sobre el lago LACAR, así que te pido que mires bien antes de escribir esto que nos dejaste en el comentario. De todas formas, te agracemos tu tiempo por escribirnos.
@@walterbensusan hola, en el minuto 2:43 dicen que en la margen norte esta puerto canoa, en el área de Quila quina. Lo que estaría mal de eso es que dicen que parten excursiones que van al lago lacar, cuando es imposible llegar del Huechu al Lacar. Al menos no vía lacustre
Más allá de eso, cuando fuimos la primera vez a San Martin de los Andes fuimos a Junín a puerto Canoa. Es frecuente hacer noche en Sanma y recorrer la zona, más allá de si uno sigue o no en el departamento de Lacar. Son cosas para hacer cuando uno está ahi, así que está perfecto.
