The prophets Haggai and Zachariah taught in Jerusalem during a time when the city and temple had to be rebuilt. They had to reach the people to have greater faith and to rebuild their culture as well as their city.
James and Aria teach about the destruction of the Provo Tabernacle and how it was built into a beautiful temple afterwards. This is likened to the Israelites returning to Jerusalem and rebuilding it.
