1) My first languages are Italian & Swiss German. I am an italian girl that has been born and grew up in Switzerland
2) I learned English simply by watching and doing youtube and of course by taking some classes and practice at work
3) Yes, I used to speak french better than I do now, now I unlearned it a bit because of my English and because I am not practicing it anymore, but I understand it well
