I’ve been watching this channel so much recently even though I’m not studying within this field. It’s so interesting to watch

What about simple justice, which is lost in the world of 'law'? Lawyers are paid by the hour and therefore it is in their best interest to draw things out.

Anyone else seriously questioning Jim Ryan's parenting..? He allowed his 10 year old to jump!

Great overview! The best part was when my fave prof, Prof Harrison had the quote about the "naked power" of the 101st Airborne Division standing behind every (presumably disrobed?) american judge and all the students laughed in his face lol. Pretty cool -- most of the army is male and most judges are male , so it sounds like this was a nod to the LGBTQ pride contingent

Lawyers only practice positive law and not natural law which relates to objective truth which is not only universal but also related to morals and ethics. How can a lawyer support the rule of law when it relates to objective truth in relation to natural philosophy of Plato and Aristotle? Positive law only deals with the social sciences, not the natural sciences.
