TW⚠ PTSD AND SELF-BLAME (VENT) STORY
Hello, guys so this is a vent video about my struggles with mental heath so i suffer with Anxiety ,Depression and PTSD do to trauma i went through such as near death experience as my last vent video suggests "I'm an angle with a shotgun " and this is because i was nearly killed by a gun when i was 8 years old and when this happen my mom always blamed me and said i was my fault and schooled me for telling the police what had happen i still suffer with lots of guilty and self blame and i often have thoughts like "what would have happen if i didn't move "and things of that nature I'm okay now I've lived with my father for years since everything happened thanks for reading this and i hope you guys have a nice day . - Zábava
That’s really f*cking cool! And I don’t often use this term but it’s heartbreaking, even though I don’t know any of the backstory (of the clips you used, I mean). The whole thing is really touching. I honestly haven’t been watching a lot of your content since you cut back on the Frozen theme, but I’m really glad I watched this one. It was absolutely worth it. Also, I think you improved a lot!
And about the vent story. I’m sorry that happened to you. I would like to know how exactly that happened (the gun incident) but I understand if you don’t wanna talk about it, it’s really up to you. I’m just curious. Also I’m glad you’re doing better now. I can kinda relate, although I don’t have PTSD but I do have anxiety and depression and some things I can’t seem to get over but nvm that, yeah. I’m glad you’re doing better.
