  • Milena was one of the group of Serbian migrants who came to Slovakia to work through an employment agency. Everything seemed fine until the inspection revealed that they did not have the necessary work documents. The whole group had to leave Slovakia.
Besides the assistance with returning home, Milena has also received additional assistance from IOM upon arrival to Serbia.
Milena used this opportunity and completed several courses in the field of beauty and body care. Thanks to this help, she got a job in a nail studio and is thinking about developing her business further. She is happy that she has a job and a steady income at home in Serbia and she no longer has to travel abroad.
