Very rarely people know how to put that kind of fire off when the fire catches actual candle oil rather than the wick. You can clearly see that blowing won't help. If they blew too much the burning oil could have dropped onto the cake and then the cake would burn. Or the table. Or her face. Google the temperature of the burning oil
