I track my headaches, migraines and anxiety on the yearly index pages using a color key
it’s actually been very helpful to take with me to appointments

Oh I like that idea. I’ve been trying it in my weeks like that but I wasn’t liking it too much.

I use the calendex section to track work hours in my work planner. In my personal planner I track my blood sugars each day. Nice to see these things all together in one place.

4:48 there’s so many things you can use the yearly overview for. You can add your habits there and see a full year of your habits all tracked. You can track your weight. You can do a word a day. You can use it for meal tracking or meal planning. You can use it for an index for your dailies. You can use it for CZcams posting and stat tracking. Just to name a few

I use a Hobonichi Cousin but use it a bit differently. My yearly section is like an index for my daily section. Monthly tracks my bills, paydays, some appointments, birthdays, public holidays and more. My weekly section tracks appointments, daily to-dos, weather (temp, tomorrow's temp, today's weather and the barometric pressure for my chronic pain), priorities, who I need to contact, need to pay, need to buy, chores, errands and more. My daily section is the different part. So instead of writing memories or journalling, I turn each month into more a bullet journal. Jan is my budget and finaces section. This is where I try to track when I have to declare my pay, track electricity bills, track petrol bought from and how much and some of the ongoing bills. Feb is everything to do with my nephew. I have put mostly the milestones he has reached and when. Also some mind maps for when he is upset and what to do there. March is my pets section. This is any medication given and why, any side effects and any sort of progress notes. Also will do what foods my dogs like and dislike (they can be picky and I have to be careful cause my bigger dog is full ciliacs). Other months I have all sorts of other things.
Now what is my plan for 2024. I am not staying in the Cousin but moving to the Wonderland222 A5 unstacked over 500 pages planner. Turns out that I need the months and weeks together to keep monitoring bills and when they are due. Having them together in the months section in the Hobonichi Cousin means I miss bills or when pay is coming in.

I'm SO glad I found your channel!!! I'm SO interested in how you use your light blue small notebook! I want to have that kind of journal too, bit I can't figure out how to do that!!! Could you please explain how to do this??? Please! I'm not interested in your private journal (although your spreads look delicious), you don't need to show it if you don't want it, I just want to know what do you write inside it and how, please??? đŸŽ‰đŸŽ‰đŸŽ‰đŸ˜‚đŸ˜‚đŸ˜‚â€â€â€đŸ˜ąđŸ˜ąđŸŽ‰

I wrote what I’m feeling maybe a little more deeply then in my Hobo Cousin. I also have been keeping it just to me myself and my thoughts about me. No kid stuff, PLWE stuff no wife stuff etc. Self care lists etc.
I hope that helps. I do have some pics up on instagram as well

@@PlanningLifeWithErin I got the khaki with the brown “trim”. The color is similar to the expensive (in my opinion) Yuruliku pouch. I actually like ours better â˜ș

Hi! A tip a learned was to put my strings through the clear cover with a small notch in the top and bottom for the strings to have a breathe. This way you won't get the lump in the middle of your avec.

Hi Erin, I have the same Aura Estelle pink planner as you have and I love it! I was wondering what clear cover you have on it? I can't find one that fits on mine. I am a new subscriber to your channel and I really enjoy your videos.

Hi! I got the cover off Amazon Madori
      Here is the link amzn.to/3OjtiJq
I will say it was tight when I put it one but it’s loosened up and fits perfectly now.
