This is a usgi M14 handguard that is made of fiberglass. I have been trying to get my hands on one of the original M14 slotted wood ones, but they are pretty hard to find.
Never cared for the hand models style videos. Years ago there were lots of them on YT buy now not so much. Funny that 35 is the rack number on my old M14 government stock.
