- Yanmo Omorogbe is a Co-Founder and COO at Bamboo. Before founding Bamboo, she was an Investment Associate at the African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM). Bamboo gives unrestricted access to over 3,000 stocks listed on the Nigerian stock exchange and U.S. stock exchanges, right from your mobile phone or computer.

No offence meant by this however this felt like a flaf marketing interview. Its no fault of the guest but more on the interviewer...Your questions lacked educational substance, we not here to know about her favour colour or places of travel. we here to learn about running a startup, the challenges it comes with, advise or tips or tools one can use to give them a competitive edge in the market place. You made her look bad, like her beauty is what opened doors for her and her gender...Not once was there a enlightening moment or a nugget of intellectually stimulating aha moment as to why she was a founder because of her mind.
Use less of “we” and more of “I”. You’re probably the only one with that view.
- She started bamboo after working a job in finance.
-Bamboo was founded to solve a problem.
-Bamboo got accepted into YC.
-Bamboo is the first of it’s kind in Africa.
What role did beauty play in any of this? You’re very delusional. Go and enroll in business school if that’s what you need.
