CHASING 40CM + BREAM on the Hobie Lynx

- I spent two days on the River searching for Big Bream. April is still a little early for me catching the big ones in my local river but that was the task I set myself. I took my boat as a mothership so I could sleep over and use the hobie lynx from the comfort of my boat. I towed the Lynx around so that I had more scope for fishing and ended up having four sessions. One night and three the following day. I also fished from the boat the following night before heading home the next day.
So did I land a plus 40+ bream?

I had a great time on the River and it was very quiet considering it was in the school holidays.

Yes loads of fun chasing Bream especially in a kayak. Deep water or on the flats and wherever you can find them. I love taking the Hobie with my boat on extended trips. Thanks Mick
Literally the other side of the world here in Vermont. Our boat is not a "Merry Fisher", but here in the states Jeanneau calls it an NC Sport. We also have a Hobie Lynx on order. Funny coincidence.
I have never launched a kayak from a mothership I see you have fenders on both swim platforms. Do you have any video of the boarding process like you do for stowing the kayak on the roof! Single-handed on less!
Thanks for saying hi. What a great combination. You will love the Lynx and be able to take it with you on all your adventures. It allows you to access so much more having the Hobie onboard. The Jeanneau boats are such a practical and versatile boat.
