Hi Guys, so great to see you again. 😘 Missed you so much and Baby Jamie👶 is growing so nicely. CONGRATULATIONS on your new relocation. Glad you arrived safely.
Hey guys! I'm so glad to see you. Welcome to the east coast. I trust you're settling in nicely. Congrats on the relocation and the new job Erin. Happy for you guys. Little man is getting big and handsome. Blessings.
@@TheLifeofLeo2001 Erin, the most important thing is You made it. YEA! So sorry You went through that in LA and you recd support from strangers when you arrived in the east coast. Bigger and Better are coming for the family. Blessings.
I know everyone travels differently, but when traveling (My exprience with 2 children 4 overseas flights and numerous incountry flghts as a former servicemember), try to pack lightly. All of our items were rolled into one overnight bag. I carried my purse as a diaper bag, enough cash (credit and debit card usually strapped somewhere on me under clothing) for emergencies. Now after 6 children, 5 grown, I am a pro at packing lightly with enough clothing rolled for emergences and stored cash.
Erin traveled slim, only truly the necessities for a 21 day stay without our furniture infrastructure. I had to travel thicc, whole life in that truck, anything left behind is gone forever kinda stakes. I've traveled lite on that kind of trip before, I just really didn't want to do that this time.
Yep, only the necessities and it was so hard, especially with me having thrown my back out. My diaper bag was my purse as well and I only had a rolling suitcase as my carry on so it wasn't bad once I was on the airplane. It was only bad loading stuff on the belt at the airport. Couldn't find a skycap or a nice person smh. Thanks for watching! 😊
Wow! Interesting family! Thanks for sharing! I'm military I'm use to all that traveling with furniture and children. Good luck on that! 😊🥰🥰🤣🤪🤪🤪🤪🤗🙏🤪👍🏾🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Yoooooo it is soooo much easier to have TMO just handle your stuff. Real talk, while we were doing this move I dug out my old PCS checklist to see if I missed anything, wild going back through old paperwork like that. Thank you~
I can’t imagine traveling with more than one kid right now. Traveling with one during a pandemic was more than enough for me lol. Thanks for watching! 😊
I asked them and I had to provide a doctors note. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a doctors note. I think they were looking for ways to not work. But alas, I know for next time! Thanks for watching 😊.
Congratulations on all that you have been blessed with I haven't seen your vlogs in a while. I am so happy that your family unit are all looking and doing well. Moving is not easy especially to a new location wishing you all nothing but happiness good health love and prosperity for 2022 and everyone on this 🌏 one ❤ from London city
It is hard to Marie Kondo everything. I tried it and I just kept saying everything sparked joy, because they did genuinely ~that's why I procured it in the first place~
Really wanted to leave everything. It cost so much time and effort and money. But in the end it was worth it even if it’s a pain in the behind to unpack. Thanks for watching 😊.
Thankfully all went well… I can’t imagine ppl in the airport (Is chivalry dead?! ) glad YOU pushed through cheers to speedy unpack and rest and let the new adventures begin… Jamie has such a beautiful smile and such a happy baby… finally glad to see y’all … from Houston Texas
Oh yeah, chivalry super dead. Paranoia about cooties and a few years of bunker mentality really killed it dead. But in little corners like this you can see people who keep the concept alive. Thank you for the kind comment from NY
It was crazy. The differences in people and attitudes from LA to NY is like the continental divide. Despite Covid this incredibly nice couple named Jen and Doug went out of their way to make sure my son and I were safe until my mom picked us up (and we got in at midnight!).But, thank you so much for watching 😊.
Hey guys nice to see you!! Congratulations on your new job and new home. May God bless this new season of your life!! Jamie is so adorable, better get that teething stuff ready. Take care guys!!💕💕💕💕💕💕
We got a lil silicone banana that has a brush head on it. Put it in the freezer and bust it out for immediate 5 minutes of teething relief. Old standby of wet rag worked too, 2 months ago I had a tooth issue myself and used that trick and it was just me and my identical baby moaning at mom all that day.
So happy for you, Erin, Jeff and baby boy Jamie ☺️🤗❤️. Now you are closer to family and that's a real blessing 🙏🏿🙏🏻🙏🏼. Moving is very hard and expensive, especially cross country. You all look great, baby Jamie is growing, getting taller and so adorable💙. Glad you were able to keep your dog and your furnishings 🙌🏿🙌🏻🙌🏽. Praying you get settled in to your new home and city and be blessed with Peace, Provisions, Favor and much Love in JESUS NAME❤️❤️❤️
Moving is SO hard and during a pandemic, it's even harder 😩. But, like you said, we are closer to family, hooray!! And they have been super helpful. My mom went grocery shopping for us before even I or Jeff got here lol. Thanks for watching 😊.
It is so good to you you all. Hard to believe Jamie is eating and has teeth coming in already 🤗. Erin FYI because you had a injury what you do is have your doctor put it in writing, call the airline and ask for assistance you will have to provide the doctor’s note the airlines will provide you an assistance code/confirmation notice ahead of time so you present that at the time of check in at the curb help will be there. Moving across the country rent a moving truck from Penske trucking they have travel packages you tell them how many days you want to take and they quote you a price, which are well under $5,000. I moved from east Chicago to West Arizona for under $2,500,In 3 days. They have really nice trucks and trailers to pull your car. Hope this information helps you or someone else reading this. Moving is hard and stressful no matter how you do it. I’m glad you are all moved in. Erin how is your back now? Pray you are okay and in good health. Jamie has dad’s eyes I think 🤔😀 Jeff how are you doing and adjusting to the East cost, now you will have true winters, brace yourself for snow/ice 😀 better you than me, I’m done with winter 🥶 so I retired to warmer weather 🌞. Pray all is well, have a great week😘💐
I found out too late about the covid regulations and how that's changed the way people help. Turns out I needed to provide a note beforehand to receive assistance. Even still I can't imagine watching a person struggle with all of their baby gear and not at least offer to help. But that's LA for you, glad I left. Thanks for watching! 😊
Took a baby this cute to get me to roll all the way across USA. Couldn't do this last year, oh no, nothing would have been worth that drive except my boy.
I completely agree. I tried it myself because I wanted to know why he kept turning his nose up. That consistency is awful, I understand why he dislikes it 😂. Thanks for watching! 😊
@@TheLifeofLeo2001 i totally agree with you lol. moving is already a big thing. but along way aways and then with a child (no mather what age) and pet and then have to worry the how because of finances is very stress indusing indeed
Hey🙋🏽♀️ So good to see you Erin and Jeff and Baby Jamie who is growing nicely by the grace of God. Thanks for sharing👍🏽❤️
You are so welcome. Thanks for watching! 😊
He’s soo cute and handsome, glad y’all are ok, and you made it safely, looking forward to your vlogs ..be safe..
Thank you, make sure you stay safe too.
Congratulations on your big move. Jamie is so big now and so cute.
