2020 CAPAL Washington Leadership Program: AANHPI Womxn in Public Service

This session will connect participants with AANHPI women leaders, giving voice to their professional experiences as minorities in public service. This session focuses on the challenges faced by AANHPI womxn in public service and the workplace. Key topics of discussion include gender pay disparity, experiences of discrimination or alienation in the workplace, and the impact of the #metoo movement on AANHPI womxn in public service.
