    If i go for walk , i get tired afterwards and that makes me more sleepy😂😭😭😭

      then sleep more, but if you couldn't get a good night sleep like me because mosquitoes made me awake till 1:20 am and couldn't even kill them and the weather was too hot for me to sleep and I had to take a shower 2 times just to feel normal and not cold, then i don't think it is good idea to walk a lot, it is healthy but not really when you are tired, take naps (short sleep) instead, I didn't try it myself, I only thought about it right now

    This is sooo true in my case..😢it is not necessary sleep..and others say if u wanna sleep u have to and then u can study more...but actually this is not true in case of unwanted sleep!just imagine u already slept for 7 or 8 hrs at night and u feel sleepy during class and while studying 😴 those who experienced will know the pain of losing hours like that!!😢u are having a huge syllabus to complete especially in competitive exams.. others are also working hard..and the unnecessary sleep of yours will bring u only failure👎

    Whenever you want to sleep. Off the fan and look at any object for 30-40secs . This would improve your concentration and helps you to stay awake ❤
