Summer of 'Cue: James "Cookie" Lamb at the Mad Boar

We wrapped up our final Summer of 'Cue stop yesterday at the Mad Boar Restaurant with James "Cookie" Lamb, an environmental specialist with Prestage Farms. We talked about Cookie's beginnings on the pig farm with his parents (his mom is almost 90 and still helps with daily farm chores!) and his role helping farmers meet environmental compliance to protect our natural resources.
