Will Motocross ever reach a point where it becomes TOO STRICT?

It seems as if nowadays new rules are added causing the sport to become stricter and stricter. Mark Hancock explains the need to be updating the rule book and the penalties that fall for breaking it.

I went from motocross to ski racing.. released pretty quick motocross is very affordable lol
But yeah insurance for ski racing is about 3k now. Then there's entry fees and fuel etc
