  • Ingredients:
    Mandarins - 600 g (clementines)
    Necessary peeled mandarins - 400 g.
    Sugar - 200 g.
    Lightly mash the tangerines with sugar until juice appears and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes after the mixture boils.
    Then remove from heat and grind with a blender.
    Cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
    If you prefer the jam to be thicker, you can cook it for more than 15-20 minutes.
    I like the texture like in the video; This jam is perfect for filling cakes or pastries, as well as for toast at breakfast.
