    In my opinion, this video is purely intended to badmouth CloudFlare. Because some aspects were not mentioned or shown. Like the company in question (I think this online casino) violated the CloudFlare guidelines.In addition, not all emails are shown by the casino and a lot are left out.Correct me if I missed something or something.

      This was discussed at length on Hacker News. The top comment is the best.

      Note, while they did violate the Cloud Flare ToS, they had been operating that way for years. While that's not an excuse, it's understandable. Most people never read the ToS; it's that 20 page agreement (updated multiple times through out the year) that during sign up, is hyperlinked with a check box next to it "Yes, I have read the Terms of Service". Most people signing up never read those.
