Here’s an easier way. Firstly you slow your clip(s) down to 0.3 and turn on smooth: better quality then cut your clip(s) in parts with the beat (make sure there’s still some uncut parts) then turn the speed on the some of the clip(s) you cut to 4.7 speed

The trick is to do it reverse. You wouldn’t go up when you move them, you’d go down.

Or you could cut the clip wherever the beats are and make a diagonal speed curve for each one, it gives you more control over the timing of the velocity

I think first you need to slow it to atleast 0.1x and choose better quality then export it. After exporting do the same tutorial as the video said (it worked for me)

More easier way, go to beats and select auto generate, than go to style and select auto velocity, then adjust the settings to however u want.
