As for that report, since when did that investigator qualified to offer a medical opinion? His job was to investigate the evidence and come to a conclusion.
The report didn't say any such thing, they're spinning it. A lot of the people on here were duped by 45 and a Facebook ad, and don't realize it. The report found there was "no criminal charges were warranted in this matter."
