Hi! Just want to chime in here. We have this mat in the blue/green colors and we love it. When it rained we simply shook it and it was a lot less wet. I appreciate the excellent quality of this mat...like it will hold up to foot traffic like a champ. I would recommend this mat without reservation.
Hello Chris and Aaron! Thank you very much for sharing this great product review! We still need to get a mat for our rig; this one may be the ticket! I'll be interested to see how it holds up to our dog's claws. While listening to the negative comments that you shared, which thank you for including those in the video, I interpret that we'd probably be sweeping this rug once per day or every couple of days to get the bigger sand or rocks off. With the other kinds of rugs out there (we used to use that fake grass with our last travel trailer), I suspect you'd be dealing with even more sand that with this model. Safe travels!!
Over a year late...(new to your channel!)....but the rolled up size would prevent us from getting this for our tiny class B. But...it DOES look like a high quality mat. Thank you for the review.
Wondering if you are still liking the CGear mat? In the beginning, you said you were concerned about the size of the mat packed - has it been an issue?
We are still loving the mats and I'm planning on doing a one year follow up on some of the things we use. We changed our setup a little and sold our Clam tent and upgraded our electrical in the back. You can see our new packing situation in this video. We fit everything pretty well in the back. czcams.com/video/U_QFXlptwY8/video.html We did use our rugs as sun shields on the van for two months in AZ during quarantine and I noticed the tan color fade a bit. Also, we have been boondocking for the past two months and we use the rugs on very rocky surfaces. Setting down 150lbs of dumbbells has put a few small holes in the rug. But, I don't think there are any better RV mats out there. Thanks for watching!
I'm hoping it works well in wet situations. It is supposed to dry very quickly and be really easy to clean with just a hose. I'm not sure how well it would work in snow with it having the holes through it...... . But I hope we don't find out!😀
We haven't yet, but I've been wanting to do a video on items that have held up great to full time RVing for multiple years. This rug is on that list for sure! We bought two of them back in 2019 and we're still using them today!
The mat can actually be kinda slippery sometimes with fast movements because of the two layers of fabric....but we've used them for weightlifting, stretching, core work, etc the past couple years with no problems. Yoga should be no problem!
Thanks for watching! Go ahead and ask any questions about the mat...... I'll do a six month update.
Best comment of the day, "the beach is really sandy." Haha. Thanks for the laugh.
😂😅😂 Thanks for watching!

Nice! Yes, Thank you for chiming in with affirmation of its quality! We are excited to add it to our outdoor setup.

Thanks for another great video!!
Thank YOU for watching!😀
Lol. You two are funny. 👍
😁👍
I just got the comfort model and plan on using it on the beach here in NJ. Hopefully I won't throw it away! 🏖️
🤣 yes, hopefully! 🤣
You'll love it, we're still using ours fulltime!
Love your realistic reviews. Such a great idea to review the negative reviews ! Ha!!
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching!
I may answer my own question by looking at your other videos in a moment, but what brand and model is that mesh tent you guys are sitting in?
Quick-Set by Clam!
Yes!! It was the 5 sided tent and loved it! But, had to sell after we put in the big electrical system!!
If it rains on the day you are to leave, does the sand underneath stick to the bottom? How does it work in snow?

Did you guys do a follow up video?

@@IreneIronTravels Awesome! Can’t wait to hear the word on the street (sand).
beside the obvious sand-free purpose of the mat, is it good for say doing yoga and stationary exercise?

so is a 10X10 mat the best size for a campervan?
We actually used the 8x8 the most for the front door/patio and the 10x10 for under our screen tent….. but either would work 😊

People should place their expectation based on what the product is intended to do. I rarely go by peoples reviews until I have reviewed it myself
Aaron says " I bought my wife Chrissy here" as if you'd be any where else than with him 😉
