    "Vulnerability is strength". Excellent point, @JonoBacon. Think about how such powerhouse influencers such as Oprah and Brene Brown have used vulnerability to their advantage. The tips in your video are easily translatable to other career paths as well. Nice work as always--this is so powerful!

    I get that it's a small part of your process but I think that folks need to keep that in mind before they start broadcasting about their journey
