I think you've missed the point of Sky. It's not a competitive game. It's all about the vibes. You're supposed to take it slow and just enjoy yourself, whether alone or with friends. Also, the game is free. There are no requirements to buy anything, whether cosmetics or otherwise - and def no 'pay to win' mechanics either. Respectfully, if you've only been to Eden one time, then you're missing out on large chunks of the game.

Yeah it’s not def p2w but i hate that they always leave the good cosmetics behind a paywall. to me, at least. you’re right though, i came back purely for the aesthetic itself
i came back yesterday after a year too! i really feel like im missing out because there's so many seasons i missed but sky is gonna have their anniv soon, so hopefully more rewards!! goodluck on ur journey!

I started playing sky a little less than 5 years ago, and quit after 2 and a half year. I just came back recently after another 2 and a half year. I'm still quite obsessed with the game and I don't regret coming back for the events and friends. I only regret missing out on the years I've quit because I was forced to.😢 I really don't want to be forced to quit again.

I like the original home.. I still keep my home base at the original home.. aviary is cool but I just see it as an extension of the game is all.. I try to keep the original vibe no matter what.. and yeah it’s not a competitive game at all.. although I do secretly think some people compete who has the most cosmetics and stuff at times..

I’m so sorry you came back during Nesting. It was so boring. 😭 I was a moth between the Aviary and Deer season. I much preferred Aviary to the Deer and Nesting. Duets seems interesting for now, but hopefully seasons will get better from here. 😭
@@still_your_zelda I literally stopped before aviary even if I was so hyped for the aviary to come out… yeah nesting is pretty boring for me but I like the idea of a sky home!! I hope the seasons will get better too

Every game is what you make of it. If you are bored that is on you and not the games fault. By look of the video you are missing a lot. So I challenge you to find all the spirits and seasonal quests and Oobs. Check out daily events for speed wax gathering. Check every zone including isle of dawn. I'm betting you are missing many many emotes.
the thing is that makes it even more tiring because I’ve already done that and need to do it again since I’ve stated that this is a new account and I’ve lost all the progress on my old one.
Personally not how I would play the game because I would take it slow and just chill rather than trying to 100% it but I see what you mean‼️
