As a horse person, horses ALWAYS pick the worst times to go to the bathroom. Not only that, but she was shoving her horse’s head into the man. A horse isn’t a car, it’s an animal.
Also if that happens the owner is required to clean it up

I lived in horse country, and seeing them in a drive thru wasn't uncommon. I think it's dumb to ride in, on roadways. Is what it is though. The thing that pissed me off about horse people, the horse shit. They shit, and keep going. A dog shits and if you don't pick it up. Watch out. Someone will bitch you out for it.

It's the employees that have to go out there and clean her horse's sht if it takes a dump in their parking lot. She's literally WANTING something to complain about.
What really bugs me where I'm at is a lot of people have horses. A lot of people ride them and I'm okay with that. But if I walk down the street with my dog and he poops and I don't pick it up, that's a $250 ticket. If I ride down the street on my horse and it poops, it's perfectly okay to leave that steaming pile in the middle of the street

In 1972 my friend and I rode our horses to the local A & W. We ordered two drinks and some fries, we were told to get those horses off the lot ASAP because people were eating here and they did not want to smell horse turds while they ate!! I agree..
Anyone ever have an accident in a parking lot? Then been told all the cops can do is write up an accident report, they can't really investigate it. It's BECAUSE the parking lots belong to the stores. This lady is simply looking for attention. Also trying to intimidate people with that line, "Legally recognized mode of transportation." I'm surprised she hasn't run into an employee that points to a sign, while simultaneously explaining; "We are legally required to have this sign posted, that clearly states - 'WE reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE'!" And simply leave it at that. 75% of establishments DO have this very sign posted.
You also cant walk through a drive thru. It's legal to walk, and it's the most common form of transportation. But businesses have rules in place for the safety of others. And if you don't like it, dont go.

As a guy who comes from a small farming community and who sees people riding around on their horses every now and then, I have no issue with somebody riding their horse on a public road or at the local stock yard/salebarn. There is a time and place for everything. And frankly a drive-thru isn't the place for you to be having your horses. Its called a drive thru for a reason after all. And besides that, when you are on a business' property their legal rights pretty much trump yours.
You also got to love how she tries to intimidate the employee by getting her horse up in his face. As well as how many times she says "our legally recognized mode of transportation".

I lived in a ranching small community. Way more horses than people. It wasn't uncommon for them to ride through a drive thru. I see nothing wrong, but I think it's asinine. I couldn't stand seeing horses on the road either. If you want to ride, go ride on a trail or you're neighbors ranch. Damn horses shit and the rider doesn't ever do anything about it. But the area I lived in was full of yuppy fat women that were too lazy to do more than the bare minimum while their husband's were out earning money, to keep their bitch ass Karen wives happy. (Small rant but the entitlement of these women "ranchers" that live on a 2-5 acres lots gets my blood boiling)

We used to ride horses through the drive through all the time . People still do it. The manager was very respectful. She could have just tied the horses and gone inside. No big deal.

I ride horses for a living and hate these kinda people. Not only the mess he mentions, but it’s kinda like coming across off-leash dogs. Nobody else knows what kinda crazy that critter could conjure! In Australia it is banned to ride a horse in a drive thru. Horses also kill more people than any other animal in Australia. Horse people are soo entitled.

As an equestrian I respect the kid who is working. He is being reasonable and has a good explanation. The "Karen" is being uncooperative, Me personally I wouldn't take my horse into a drive-through because of safety reasons for me, the horse, and surrounding people. Just an opinion and ik many people do this if they have a "push-button pony" or a bombproof horse but then again at the end of the day it's just my opinion and people can do whatever they want but she could've been cooperative at least.

What about the safety of the horse, if you go to several drive-thrus you will see that their signs and traffic control equipment is generally damaged by the people who cannot drive in the first place.

I just dealt with that this past Saturday at my own house doing my brakes in front of my house neighbor walks up and literally I’m thinking maybe he’s coming to give a hand maybe or something nope he came to complain telling me I can’t do that car work in front of my house in my own driveway that I pay for said he’s gonna go make a complaint even call the police on me I said do what you Gotta do buddy. In Canada 🇨🇦 horses are often seen in drive thrus. Of course, they clean up after their horses. Never had a problem. Even our mounted police use the drive thrus. This lady sounds like she looking for shit.
