I didn't know they had it either, just filmed it because it was unusual, and was moving me when I had my camera out. I don't think it was in service. Your best bet for Lances round here is Bootle area, but it won't have the Yorkshire factor.
It was filmed Monday 7th September in late afternoon.
Not too sure, may be L830 NYG from looking at the fleetlist, didn't see at the time.
