Cake INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups - All Purpose flour
- 1.5 Cups - Granulated Sugar
- 3/4th Cup - Cocoa Powder
- 1.5 tsp - Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp - Coffee powder
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 4-5 TBSP - Orange Zest
- 1/2 Cup - Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup - Buttermilk (room temp)
- 3/4th Cup - Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 Eggs (room temp)
- 1/2 TBSP - Vanilla Extract
For Ganache
- 1 Cup - Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup - Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2-3 Orange peels
For Orange Syrup:
- 1/2 Cup - Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 TBSP - Sugar
