I often wonder if people with these wonderful voices are aware of the affect they have on people’s calmness.

ive gone 29 years of my life where no one ever particularly mentioned my voice, no compliments but nor any complaints. Something I just never gave a thought about.
One day as I was talking for a long while, some indepth explanation about an event in my life, a friend said they loved listening to me talk because something about cadence or octave was pleasant and soothing to listen to. Later, I was urged to do text-based video games and read them out.
Might have been a fluke, might have just been the one person, but can confirm I think anybody who isn't told how comforting their voices can be probably never think about it for their whole lives.
Charlie seems like a wonderful person thoughtful with a bright smile. I just want to add that I lived overseas for many years and I think that US postal service is exceptionally good in terms of speed and reliability of delivery compared to other countries. Something we Americans should be grateful for!

This is a great video. Charlie is thoughtful intelligent well-spoken with a very charming smile. I just want to make a plug for the postal service. I lived for many years overseas and I think the US postal service is an exceptionally good in terms of speed and reliability of service compared to other countries. This is something All American should be grateful for!

This video is odd. With the volume down low hes so calming and chill but with the volume up louder it sounds like his approach is much more clear and demanding.

Not to question the video, this argument can be made for just about anything in life. Life is hard and does not get easier each passing year. Everything in the past was way better than anything today. Retirement needs to come back, so more people can retire, but the problem is, most people can’t afford to retire, because they can’t afford to buy/pay for medical insurance, which is throwing away money for what? To die or stay alive into your later years in life? I don’t care what anyone does for a living, it eventually gets old. The key is to take on a job you love to do, then it won’t be a job, but today’s political climate with COVID going on for over a year has mentally changed people’s point of view on working. Bottom line is, life is tough, will always be tough, so don’t quit and keep on fighting. Good Luck everyone, hang in there !

Yes it’s relaxing and he’s great but man did I shoot up off my pillow when he was talking about leadership skills. Just like my job!! Threatening and yelling at grown men even though you have absolutely no idea to do the task itself!! I have no idea how these ppl got the job. Same thing too with the union, I almost got fired twice and was suspended 8 days but they got me back and got me paid....6 years is enough. I want to do something I actually enjoy. i'm not trying to dishonor him or anything, but why would he be a gunner in convoy security if he's in the navy? unless he was a SEAL? but SEALS don't typically provide security services.
he says other contradictive things like, "[this job is] great if you have nothing else going on.. but I'm single, no kids, no school, and I can't do it anymore." lol
also says "I did it for 3 years... had my own route, did it for about a year, and I couldn't do it anymore." which is it? 1 or 3 years?

Army guy here. Whenever squids had to go liason with ground units away from port and no marines were available they would get kitted up in camo, plate carriers, M4s etc to convoy their officers and any equipment in land to said FOB. Then there are navy corpsmen who serve as medics in marine platoons and engineers, who used to be called seabees that do construction work. So they do go off ship and outside the wire when the need arises.

It's unfortunate that we're now calling them "letter carriers" or "mail carriers," even if it is less gender-specific. There's just something about referring to the "mail lady" that makes me smile, even if the spelling isn't the way it ought to be (as with Reba on"PeeWee's Playhouse").
