Summary -

This episode was the moment when Byakuya became one of my top favorite characters in Bleach
Zommari's power was broken, controlling anything with his sight. But unlucky for him, he got paired up against the perfect counter.

The best part about byakuyas fight is when he tells him you pointed your blade at my pride (rukia)
The captain arrancar of executive team made the smartest decision he could do in that situation
This Arc Byakuya Had Some Great Character Development Honestly.
There's a reason why they left when they saw Unohana, they'll mention it in Bleach Final Arc coming this year

Well you're not wrong about that. Young me used to simp for him cuz of how cool-headed he was despite being pushed to limit of his shikai by zommari
This Espada lost because he try to corner Byakuya about that arrogance thing
If not, he would do better than that, some ppl said : oh he's a waste character no I think he lost because of his stubborness and he's will to prove Byakuya wrong etc..
It also has to do with his...well, that's technically a spoiler. But suffice to say Zommari was drunk on his new power. Had he fought seriously from the beginning, gone for the head with his opening attack for example, Byakuya would have been screwed. Instead he spent too much time bragging about his power and taking his sweet time using it to toy with Byakuya.

Arrancar screwed up by toying with byakuya. That was his undoing. I would've gone for the head from the very beginning and end it.
I thought Zommari would have won because of his ability but his last move was dumb by controlling Senbonzakura instead of avoiding him and trying to control Byakuya
If I was arrancar or espada I will never pick a fight with Unohana hell no!
