I initially thought it was her screaming too, but the original song has the same screams so it's probably not her. It is (probably) her at the end (when the doll is being disassembled) though.
Another Vtuber cover of this song that has actual new screams is Tsukino Mito's (NijiJP Gen 1).
Elizabeth dominated with those "Queen" vocals,
Gigi's Hitomania was very surprising & creative,
CC MV illustration choice was SO GOOD and the way she sung JP lyrics was calming,
And last but not least, Raora has a good description I saw that she has that Towa-sama vocals but Italian(Can't wait for her to cover a song w/ Towa).
Raora definitely has that same edge in her voice as Towa and I can’t unhear it.
Fitting how you said Cecilia's cover sounded like a "fairy tale"
I had to check where the song was from because I didn't know it, and it seems it is from a game where there are classic fairy tale characters in it (like red riding hood, snow white...). So, accurate analysis :D

I'm actually really surprised you've never heard Otona Blue. Not only is that song pretty famous, there's already two pretty big Hololive covers of it, by Marine and ID Gen2 + Towa respectively.
Yeah and both of those versions are absolute top tier. It's just a great song in general.
This is what you will get as clips (my predictions):
○ ERB - ojou-sama laugh and karaoke clips;
○ Cecilia - "being a menace in games "For Justice" (her battle cry is adorable);

A lot of people have mentioned that Raora singing sounds like Towa and I definitely agree. Really makes me want to hear Raora do a cover of a Towa song. I'm not picky either, just any Towa song will do.

Above Below is fantastic but gave me a very similar vibe as Rebellion by Advent when I first hear it.
Yet I'd love to point out one thing.
As you can see Justice members are all genuinely good singer except for Elizabeth who is absolutely monstrous. Advent, however, is a completely different story.
Advent members, with Nerissa being the only exception, can barely sing, yet they still manage to hit hard with Rebellion. That's exactly why this song is so different.
ABOVE BELOW is such an amazing banger, it's so high quality and everyone killed it. As for the covers all of them did really well but personally Otona Blue is just my jam and Elizabeth sang it super good.
For me, Raora's cover is my favorite of the 4 but the one I'd listen to again has to be Cecilia's cover

can you fucking believe Cecilia? she said on stream multiple times that she is bad at singing. How fucking dare she say that about herself, because in certain ways I like her voice the most in Justice. She has such a beautiful, warm singing voice and I can't get enough of it. I really hope she can become more confident.

Cecilia won me over big. Her voice and vibes are really great. I loved the creativity in Gigi's music video, but I think Above Below is probably my favorite of the bunch, I love hearing them all together.

I liked cecilias song the most personally always been a fan of classical stuff and this fits her german self perfectly. Lol i made the same mistake of saying she was singing in german in the chat group i was in just cause of how good she sounds.
