- Havens Farm in Brick NJ at Sunset. I think the gimbal is finally better now. The vibes I was getting was due to the motors humming. I didn't notice this earlier and I have been chasing the wrong problem until today
I like the roadrunner shots. Wow - the video does look much smoother now. How did you solve the problem? Was it gain related?
It was all because the gimbal gains were too high causing a humming effect that made the video wavy. I lowered the gains and raised the motor power a little on the BGC. Big difference. Thanks Ken!
The music makes it. Slow pans and smooth climbs is an important skill to have. You seem to have that down Bob. I tried programming my rudder trim to get smooth panning, still working on it. Also trying to slow down the camera pitch trim.
RCKenpilot Thanks Ken! I have my RC pitch down to 5% gain and the rudder seemed better after I raised my vertical gain and got my basic gains smooth. The rudder I didn't do it yet but I want to put a little expo on it to have some better range. Right now I am at 160% rudder gain no expo yet
