After walking for nearly three hours, going to the monestary and visiting the tribal village and back, I was hungry for breakfast. I asked a Tibetan man if I could find some Tibetan food, and found out that there was a Tibetan dhaba nearby. I headed over there and had two Tibetan dishes - thukpa and momos - and it was awesome! Also explored the interior of the place and chatted with the owner about the meaning of those colorful flags. Join me to experience it all..

Tibet is neighbouring country of India, Nepal, East Turkestan, southern Mongolia,China and Myanmar. These countries are true and original neighbours of Tibet. But sad is this , When China’s violent and ILLEGAL occupation of its Neighbouring countries are removed from the MAP. Tibet has own religion, culture, language and Capital city of Tibet is LHASA. In Lhasa there is Potala palace. The palace was built as the center of tibetan government by fifth Dalai Lama in 1645. The palace has over 1,000 rooms and 32 acres. Lhasa potala palace is highest ancient palace in the world.

Tibetan Prayer flags are traditionally hung in high place to catch the wind so the prayer will be carried out to bless and bring good fortune to all sentient beings and used to promote compassion peace, strength and wisdom, They are also used to carry prayers and mantras through the wind. Blue symbolizes the sky and space, White symbolizes the air and wind, Red symbolizes the fire, Green symbolizes the water, Yellow symbolizes the earth. As a Tibetans we don eat momo, thukpa in breakfast. Every Tibetan eat a Bhakley and butter tea or sweet tea as a breakfast..just sharing my information. from 🇺🇸
