What if the husband was unfaithful and then the wife became unfaithful. Could either one of them divorce and remarry?

It's just crazy how religious people arrogate to themselves the supposed right to regulate human behavior, and weirder that there are still people who allow themselves to be regulated by such. Marriage is a legal contract, nothing to do with religion.

The guilty party does not have the right to marry again. Its called adultery

God divorced Israel, but He did NOT remarry. There is NO exception for divorce AND remarriage. Only the death of one of the spouses ends the covenant marriage. Neither the guilty or the innocent party may remarry.
