We're here at Canonchet Farm to support the Sanctuary of Hope, a nonprofit animal sanctuary. All our proceeds go directly back to the sanctuary, and we're dedicated to making this place a better home for its residents.
What do we do? Well, we're goatscapers! We munch through dense, heavy brush, thorns, and vines, eating everything we can to clear the way. And when we can't reach something, our trusty human helps us out.
We leave the hard woody growth behind and do our best to pull those invasive vines out of the trees. It's hard work, but it tastes really good, and there's a wonderful variety of plants to munch on.
From porcelain berry to multiflora rose and Oriental bittersweet, we're on a mission to make this place more beautiful and habitable for everyone. And of course, we enjoy some indigenous plants too, like raspberries and bull brier.
But GoatScaper isn't just a fun job title; it's also the name of our pet human, who's super well-trained and even drives our home. Pretty cool, right?
