Who the hell after buying a collection if that’s what it is, sits on them for ages then sells them at a town hall car boot for £25 a pair🤣 probably a huge loss each pair, madness and highly sceptical.
Maybe but I chatted for a long time and they seemed very genuine and all the signs were positive for me. The fact she was happy for me to film it all says a lot.

Fantastic finds loving seasalt jackets and the trainers I would have bought the lot what stopped you ??? Cath kidston bag all bargains skechers everything I but when am thrifting Bell will be happy with your pics this week fantastic finds keep it up !!!!

Awesome haul Chris. Must be your best? Think I would have been tempted to buy the lot. Even the solovair are £100 new.
I was very tempted but just wanted to be sure they were all legit. I’m happy now so if they come to me I’m sure there’s a much bigger deal to be had.

Wow - I never buy trainers as I don't really understand the styles and values enough to risk it. But at those prices I think even I would have a go. In a future video can you go into some more detail about how the authenticity programme works - does the seller send via that programme or are they authenticated before you list etc. Thanks
Trainers over £100 go into the scheme. You send them to the centre, they authenticate them and send them onto the buyer with nice little tag attached.

What I find baffling is why are they selling new Nike Air Jordans at a car boot sale for £25, when they can sell them on eBay for up to £200?

I guess you can ask the same question on why people sell things at the boot sale for 50p or £1 that they could get considerably more online?

Not really. It’s probably the same answer. Low confidence in selling online, bad experiences, can’t be bothered with hassle, need cash quickly.

Is the authentication scheme just for business sellers? Good to know things are checked. I tried to sell some perfume (part used) on eBay and eBay removed listing as saying Chanel said not real. But I know it is as I bought it from Boots. Weird.
I’m not sure if the trainer authentication is just business or not. The help pages might clear it up.
Any trainer listed for over £100 on eBay is automatically intercepted by eBay (the postal address will default to hawkers yard) they authenticate and post on the buyers address with a tag and cert, so if ever you see an eBay tag you know it’s worth over £100, there are fake tags around too but a genuine seller will be able to show you the item on their purchase history

I collect Jordans and Nikes I'd be very wary of someone selling at those prices. There are some very good fakes out there.
That’s why I didn’t go all out and buy everything. Listed it all today. Everything checks out.
Having an ebay authentication tag attached does not mean they are real. People who sell fakes attach tags on themselves to make people believe they have gone through the ebay authentication process. Same with stockx tags.

Apply the same principle to almost everyone at boot sales. £1 into £20 etc…
Those trainers look fake to me im afraid
So far nothing fake. The pair on the thumbnail have sold and gone through eBays authentication and the check check authentication. I have also put 3 other pairs from this video through check check and all passed. Fingers crossed for the rest.
All the resellers will now be checking out torquay town hall now silly move mate telling them where they are even tho the trainers are fake.
Don’t worry we went to the sellers house and bought up a lot of their remaining stock. But then again, if they are fake then it doesn’t matter much…

Are they genuine them Jordans? did they know what they are as i purchased jordans that i thought was a good deal, ended up being bloody fakes, they looked so good too and all in boxes. Smell them and if they smell funny and gluey their fake.
So far so good. I can’t see anything that suggests fake.
