To those who may not understand the lingo . The song gave us an insight to the realities of modern life we live in. Love is the reason why two people came together to be one ....... through thin and thick, ups and down, rich or poor etc etc ..... love should be deeply rooted within, as the greatest gift this world can offer. Sadly, we brought forth materialistic wealth and success to supersede the very foundation relationship was built on. Love has been replaced by ego , pride, selfishness, opinionated etc etc ....... and relationship/ life is the two things that will be destroyed and humiliated if love has been replaced with materialistic thirst and hunger. A generalisation of this beautiful song .......

It's about a man who was about to marry a woman. the woman had a good job. She then became distracted because of what she could get and moved away from her partner. She eventually strayed way from her husband and their children. They eventually broke up because the woman decided to become independent because of what she could have and get from her work status. So the man requested this group to compose and sing this song. Very emotional song indeed.

It talks about the reality of today's couple. The man who is pleading to his wife for her time with their young family. She's a manager at a hotel in which she travels a lot, neglecting her role as a mother. Her work is more precious than her family. Man is both mom and dad to their kids. She looked down at him because her job is better than his. The idea of who earns more is creeping in, the status and the dad doesn't care about it all he's holding for is their 2 kids. Part of that song quote from the bible, how rich you are never forget "woman you were made to be my helper". She never showed remorse, it ends with the divorce. 😔😔😥😥😥😔

It's a love song about a couple where the wife is in a very high management position within a company and the husband is also a worker within the same company. The song is a revelation of the husband's sorrow, where his being disrespected and not regarded as the head of the family. The husband is also wishing that if he earned so much money like his wife, he would use it to "buy time for his wife to spend time with the kids" because the kids regard him as their dad and mum at the same time due to the reason that their mum is always away from home travelling the world and she hardly spends time with her family. So basically, the song is from the husband perspective with regards to the maintaining and preservation of their family.
