  • There is an important novelty in Slovak migration law: from the 1st of April 2022, there will be new types of national visas for highly-skilled workers. Graduates of second or third degree of university studies from abroad can now apply for a job-seeking visa for 90 days, provided that they will be employed in Slovakia in high-added value professions in management, IT, health care, research and science, and technical field. Graduates from TOP world universities or Slovak or Czech Universities can apply without additional conditions. Highly qualified workers can also apply directly for 12 months national visa in order to start their profession faster. There will be 3000 national visas issued in 2022 for 3rd country nationals.
For more written information (including the list high-added value professions for which you can seek national visa in Slovakia as a grafuate of 2nd degree of any university) check here: www.dropbox.com/s/2fw6cyy9m1h...
