Sadly, back then this drama got terribly low viewership as too historical, too dry.
Now its view as a classics. As in general, all the assassination events in the drama is close to historic account. Much praised by China viewers.
A rare well made history drama in 90s TVB times.
I remember watching this as a kid and I loved historical dramas. Glad they are uploading it to their TVB youtube channel right now (they didnt upload episode 5 for some reason).
